On-Line Bookings
Tickets issued by the Company are issued subject to the following conditions:
- All advertised services are subject to availability. Every effort will be made to run the services as advertised, however the S&CR reserves the right to cancel, alter or suspend services at short notice. Our liability in the event of cancellation will be limited to a refund of the fare.
- Requests to cancel or reschedule a booking will be considered if made at least 5 days prior to the day of the event and should in the first instance be made by sending an email with your details and order number to: bookings@swindon-cricklade-railway.org.

Additional Terms and Conditions
- S&CR Membership concessions are unfortunately not valid for these specific events.
- As we are obliged to order food and other services in advance, all tickets purchased for an event involving food or drink are non-refundable and non-transferable if a request to cancel or reschedule is made less than 5 days prior to the day of the event.
- We are sorry, but we are not able to offer a discount for carers for these specific events.
