Any future events where tickets can be booked on this website will be shown below when tickets are on sale.

Events for the Family

For Family events, select the number of Adults, Senior and Child tickets required  – including the number of children under 3 years of age (they travel free except for some specific children’s events).

Select the day from the Calendar of available dates.

Book and pay online through our secure website.

Bring your combined Ticket and Booking Confirmation as a printout or Email on your phone.

Please Note:

• All tickets are valid only for the specific day selected.
• Note: Children UNDER 3 years of age travel free (except for some specific children’s events).  Please enter how many children under 3 years will be visiting if asked.
• Members wishing to use their free travel concession should obtain a valid ticket from the Shop.  Members free travel cannot be used for Special Events.
• Holders of Prize Draw Vouchers should obtain a ticket for their day of travel from the shop.
• Wheelchair Users and other persons with a disability who require a Carer to facilitate their visit, should purchase the appropriate Adult, Senior or Child Ticket and may be accompanied by one Carer on the same ticket free of charge.  Wheelchair users can ride on the train in our accessible coach (usually LAURA).
• DOGS: – Well behaved dogs under owner’s control are welcome.  They must be kept on a short lead and off upholstery.

THE SAXON dining service has some special restrictions and options. (Please see the note below for details).

Select the number and type of ticket for the people in your group (Minimum of 2 or 3 persons for a small or large table).

Fill in any additional requirements.

Bring your combined Ticket and Booking Confirmation as a printout or Email on your phone.

Please Note:

• All tickets are valid only for the specific day and train selected.
• The Saxon Dining Carriage is not wheel chair accessible – if you can board the train on foot and would like a seat near the door please request this in the Additional Needs box on the booking screen.
• Prize Draw Vouchers and Members free travel including Premium Membership cannot be used for THE SAXON.
• DOGS: Sorry but dogs (except guide dogs and assistance dogs) are not permitted on THE SAXON dining service
