British Transport Film Event

For the first time this year we will be showing a selection of short historic railway films in our restored cinema coach at Hayes Knoll station.

Films will run throughout the day.

Catch the train from Blunsdon - Standard Fares apply.

Come and experience a traditional projector cinema in a unique setting and then use your Day Rover Ticket to explore the line.

Entry to the Film event is Free, but you will need to purchase a standard Day Rover Ticket to visit Hayes Knoll Station.  (Member's concessionary travel is valid for this event).

The coach was originally built as a standard open vehicle and converted in Swindon works in 1975 for use in the Railway 150 celebrations as part of a travelling exhibition train.
