Ticket Pricing – Adults £17, Seniors £16, Children Age 2yrs and over £17 (Includes present from Santa), Children under 2yrs £10 (includes present)
Children and Babes in arms under 2 years of age FREE (without present). If there is only one child in the group and they are under 2 years of age, and you don’t wish them to receive a present, please contact bookings@swindon-cricklade-railway.org to arrange a ticket.
Tickets are valid for one round trip to see Santa.
Departure Times from Blunsdon – Santa Trains are shown on the calendar as a time slot but PLEASE NOTE: Departure times are at 30 minute intervals and are at: 10.30, 11.00, 11.30, 12.00, 12.30. Then at 13.45, 14.15, 14.45, 15.15, 15.45, 16.15. All Santa Trains start from Blunsdon station platform. Please ensure you are on the platform to catch the train at the time shown for the start of the time slot.
Please allow at least 15 minutes to park and make your way to the platform.
Wheelchair Users and other persons with a disability who require a Carer to facilitate their visit, should purchase the appropriate Adult, Senior or Child Ticket and may be accompanied by one Carer on the same ticket free of charge. A request for a Carer’s ticket should be made using the Additional Needs box on the form below. Wheelchair users can ride on the train in our accessible coach (usually LAURA).
Children receiving a Present from Santa – Please enter the number of children aged 2 yrs or over and the number of Under 2 year olds who are to receive a present in the CHILD box below. The price for an Under 2 year old child receiving a present will be adjusted when you select their age appropriate present.
Family Group size – To minimise queuing, the number of Child Santa tickets is limited on each train. There is no reasonable limit to the number of accompanying Adults or Seniors.
Dogs – Please note that only assistance dogs are permitted on our Santa Specials. If you need to travel with an assistance dog, please let us know when making your booking.
Please! – Do not travel on an earlier train than you have booked – you will likely be asked to go to the end of the queue to be fair to the people booked on that train.
Online ticketing for each day closes at 8.30pm on the day before the service. Booking is essential.
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email – this is also your ticket – please bring it with you on your phone etc. Please contact us on bookings@swindon-cricklade-railway.org if you do not receive this email.
