(Please note: You can still buy Additional Adult and Senior Tickets to accompany your family even if all child tickets have sold out).
Ticket Pricing – Adults £17, Seniors £16.
Tickets are valid for one round trip to see Santa in his Grotto.
Departure Times from Blunsdon – Santa Trains are shown on the calendar as a time slot but PLEASE NOTE: Departure times are at 30 minute intervals and are at: 10.30, 11.00, 11.30, 12.00, 12.30. Then at 13.45, 14.15, 14.45, 15.15, 15.45, 16.15. All Santa Trains start from Blunsdon station platform. Please ensure you are on the platform to catch the train at the time shown for the start of the time slot.
Please allow at least 15 minutes to park at Blunsdon and make your way to the platform.
Wheelchair Users and other persons with a disability who require a Carer to facilitate their visit, should purchase the appropriate Adult, Senior or Child Ticket and may be accompanied by one Carer on the same ticket free of charge. Wheelchair users can ride on the train in our accessible coach (usually LAURA).
Family Group size – There is no reasonable limit to the number of accompanying Adults or Seniors.
Dogs – Please note that only assistance dogs are permitted on our Santa Specials. If you need to travel with an assistance dog, please let us know when making your booking.
Please! – Do not travel on an earlier train than you have booked – you will likely be asked to go to the end of the queue to be fair to the people booked on that train.
Online ticketing for each day closes at 8.30pm on the day before the service.
Additional Adult and Senior Tickets can also be purchased at the gate after booking has closed.
